Jason Whatuira is passionate about advancing learning and growth, fostering personal mastery in leadership, and driving organisational excellence that promotes flourishing human communities.
Kerira Tapene is a skilled facilitator devoted to empowering and enhancing the experiences and understanding of others. She draws on her experience in management consulting and upbringing in te ao Māori to drive meaningful change.
Te Kowhai Robinson is a proficient facilitator and law graduate having worked across various community organisations and Government entities in the areas of Māori development, and policy implementation.
Itāria Heremia is a talented facilitator passionate about education and effective communication. She brings a deep understanding of te ao Māori and unique perspectives allowing her to continue flourishing in the consulting space.
Puna Whakaata Maniapoto-Love is fluent in te reo Māori and holds a deep passion for te ao Māori. Raised on her tūrangawaewae, Puna Whakaata is staunch and grounded in her values. She is also a talented facilitator who is dedicated to achieving meaningful outcomes.
Muru Thompson recently joined us in August 2025 having previously worked at Deloitte New Zealand and Deloitte Australia. Muru brings a strong background in strategic development, community engagement and has worked extensively with iwi entities, Crown agencies and corporate clients. He is committed to contributing to Māori development for the benefit of all.
