Te Kākano

Te Kākano is an introductory te ao Māori cultural capability uplift programme that seeks to create a safe space for participants to engage with Te Ao Māori / The Māori Worldview. The term Te Kākano translates to ‘The Seed’ and this programme symbolises the planting and continued growth of a seed of learning.

Te Kākano is designed to enhance organisations through their cultural journey by supporting cultural competence uplift and enhancing everyday workplace practices through a te ao Māori worldview.

Te Kākano supports authentic engagement and was developed for organisations large and small, who are committed to integrating Te Ao Māori into their organisation.
