Payments & Tax Invoice
Payment is required prior to the workshop. Registrations are unconfirmed until payment is received.
- Payment instructions will be included in your tax invoice which you will be sent after you register
- You may pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by direct deposit
- Credit Card payments are processed via our secure gateway
- All amounts are quoted and charged in NZD
- If paying by direct deposit, payment is required within 14 days of registering.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellation of registration must be made in email to us at admin@mathersolutions.co.nz
Cancellations received two weeks prior to the workshop will receive a refund. No refunds will be made if cancellations are received on or after this date.
COVID, Cold and Flu Symptoms
We want everyone to enjoy themselves while they are at the workshop. We encourage you to stay home if you are feeling unwell.
If you are unable to attend, you can make a substitution at no additional charge. Please advise us of any substitution.
Image release
In registering for this workshop you grant permission for Mather Solutions Ltd to take, and have full and free use of video / photographs containing your image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for the workshop. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from Mather Solutions Ltd in respect of your image/likeness or its use. Should you not agree to the above image release, please advise us via email.
